“Hmm what can I say about training with Annie Graft? Simply put it has changed my life. It’s hard to put to words but the past year training with her has changed me in more ways than one. Not only physically but mentally. And trust me it definitely has NOT been easy. But, if you’re looking for easy she is not the way to go. She’s going to challenge you to keep going and keep pushing even when you want to quit. Because the secret is you have more reps in you it’s a battle with your mind. I came to Annie wanting to shed some fat, a few lbs, and gain some muscle. I was about 1.5yr postpartum and was struggling to get back to a point that I felt good. Being a personal trainer of ~8 years, I thought I had all the answers and was VERY nervous and reluctant to throw everything I’ve known and that has worked before out the window. I thought there is NO WAY I’m going to eat more, do less cardio, and shed fat and lbs. Well…. I sure did! I lost about 9 lbs and down 11 inches in 16 weeks. I did not for once feel restricted during this time. Annie is great at what she does! Put all your trust in her!
